Business is slow at the moment. I actually have some time on my hands. There are tons of neglected things in my life that need attention right now. But I'd much rather play. I went out looking for Valentine's Day gifts for the grand daughters. Nothing quite measured up. "What am I doing?" I thought. So I went home and designed my own t-shirts. I had a ball doing it. This was sooo much more fun than corporate collateral. Probably a lot more meaningful too. Without a doubt it will generate a lot more excitement when it's delivered.I had such a good time doing the girls' t-shirts I moved on to one for the son of one of my friends. She and her children have officially christened me their fairy godmother. How cool is that? It's probably the best title I've ever had. Certainly the most enjoyable.
Her son is 6, just beginning to discover the magic of books. He LOVES to read and decided to call himself Captain Reader. I'll bet that turns out to be the most enjoyable title he'll ever have too.
